Customer agrees to the following: LaunchPad Media LLC agrees to provide services herein in exchange for payment from Client in accordance with terms of this agreement. Client acknowledges that services pertaining to execution of media buy/advertising etc., campaigns may be paused or terminated by Google (service provider) at their discretion for any reason including explicitness, profanity, drugs/alcohol, violence, sudden view boost, inappropriate content. Client agrees that views delivered under this invoice shall be calculated by view count displayed on Google Ads accounts used to garner such views. Parties agree that views reported as delivered on Google Ads are non-refundable.

Privacy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you connect your Google and YouTube accounts with our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience with us.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines how LaunchPad and its affiliated companies worldwide (“Ten2,” “LaunchPad”), may collect and utilize User Information, as well as an explanation of data rights users may have. This Privacy Policy applies to all LaunchPad users, including unregistered visitors, registered users, and premium users (collectively, the “User”), and to all LaunchPad related services, including websites (launchpadpro.io, ten2.media, and any of its subdomains, collectively “Websites”), web applications (“Apps”), mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”), and related services (collectively, “Services”). This Privacy Policy is not intended to override the terms of any contract user may have currently, nor any rights User may have under other applicable data privacy laws.

The intent of providing this Privacy Policy is so Users may fully understand practices in relation to their information. Users who remain opposed to practices as overviewed in this policy are expected to immediately discontinue all use of Services available on this and any related platform.


2. Information Collection

In order to provide Services, LaunchPad must collect some personal information relating to an identifiable person (“Personal Information”). Authorizing LaunchPad to connect to user Google and/or YouTube accounts permits LaunchPad, at its discretion, to collect the following types of information:

  • User Profile Information: Name, email address, profile picture, other information available on your Google and YouTube profiles.
  • Usage Data: Information about how users may, from time to time, use Google and YouTube services, including channel analytics, performance, or preferences.
  • Content Data: Information contained in any content created, shared, upload, or published on Google/YouTube.

LaunchPad's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Additional information is derived from that which is directly provided from use of Service or otherwise, including:

  1. Information Provided. When you register for our Services, sign up for any Wix events, subscribe to our blog(s) or newsletter(s), purchase and/or register domain names, use any of our Services; and/or when you contact us directly by any communication channel (e.g., Wix's support tickets, emails), you may provide us Personal Information, such as name, email address, phone number, payment information (for Users with Paid Services), information you include in your communications with us and with other users on our platform, and Personal Information contained in scanned identification documents (such as an ID card, driver's license, passport, or official company registration documents).
  2. Information Collected from Use. When you visit, download, and/or use any of our Services, we may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as Visitors' and Users' browsing and 'click-stream' activity on the Services, session heat-maps and scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor's or User's device, operating system, internet browser, screen resolution, language and keyboard settings, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, date/time stamps, etc
  3. Information from Other Sources. We may receive Personal Information about you from third-party sources, such as i) security providers, fraud detection and prevention providers for example to help us screen out users associated with fraud, ii) social media platforms, when you log-in or sign-up using your social media account, we may receive Personal Information from that service (e.g., your username, basic profile Personal Information) and in some cases, we may collect Personal Information from lead enhancement companies which help us to improve our service offering; iii) advertising and marketing partners in order to monitor, manage and measure our ad campaigns.

  • To improve, personalize, expand services.
  • To understand and analyze how users engage with services.
  • To develop new products, services, features, functionality.
4. Sharing of Information

  • With service providers who perform services for us.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LaunchPad or others.
5. Data Security & Storage

LaunchPad has implemented a variety of security policies, rules and technical measures to protect and safeguard personally identifiable information under our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss. All personnel that have access to, and are associated with processing of user information, are obligated to respect the confidentiality of the information.

  • The right to access or update account information LaunchPad has gathered about user.

Non-U.S. Users

LaunchPad is hosted in the United States. Users from a jurisdiction with privacy laws or regulations that differ from those of the United States are advised that personal information transfer to the United States occurs and such user consents to that transfer.

7. Third-Party Websites

LaunchPad may contain links to or information provided by third-party sites, which are not operated by LaunchPad. We advise users to review any site’s Privacy Policy when visiting.

Unsubscribe and Opt-Out

Choosing not allow information collection or disclosure this may inhibit use of certain features of the Services. Users have the right to add, update or delete information by emailing informing that you wish to delete or modify your personally identifiable information or any part thereof contained at our databases.

Deletion of personally identifiable information does not prevent LaunchPad from using gathered anonymous information.
